Our Foster Process:

Step 1: Application Approval

Step 2: Home Check Approval (conducted digitally)

Step 3: Signed Foster Contract + Waiver

Please Note:

​

• Completion of this application does not guarantee foster approval.

• Applicant must be 24 years or older.

• Applicant must agree to foster for a minimum of 1 month 

• Applicant must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation

• All dogs currently in your home must be spayed / neutered and up to date on vaccinations.

• If you are not selected to foster, we do keep all applications on file for future inquiry

Provisions:

Deity Animal Rescue provides the following items to ensure wellness and care. ​​

​

• Collar, Leash + Tag
• Poop bags
• Potty pads
• Crate
• Dog bed
• Food + Treats
• Any prescribed medications 
• Medical attention and vet visits
